Out of Africa
Just as in Africa, out of our hot pots come high carbs … like fufu or rice, which we enjoin you to experience in the African style – with your bare hands! Yes, a sure way to fully connect with the energy of the meal and make it a heightened sensory experience.
We also serve and let you experience Fufu. Fufu is a starchy accompaniment for stews or other dishes with sauce. To eat fufu: use your right hand to tear off a bite-sized piece of the fufu, shape it into a ball, make an indentation in it, and use it to scoop up the soup or stew or sauce, or whatever you’re eating.
Served with farm-fresh greens, they can be enjoyed with our leanest cuts of organic beef, mutton, pork or chicken. Or go for exquisitely seasoned fish and seafood, bred and nurtured in fresh waters. Our meats have been slowly cooked in a rich African Palm Oil sauce, seasoned with exotic herbs and spices delivering a tasty vitamin-packed indigenous soup.
And we would be remiss and un-African if we did not offer you the piece de resistance – Emu! Regarded as the “Nectar of the Gods,” this frothy natural sweet wine from the African Palm is the master stroke that turns every meal into an unforgettable culinary experience. And proves that we truly value you …
